The landscape vision for this project is grounded in the concept of The Oasis—a serene, verdant refuge nestled within the vibrant energy of Dubai. As one approaches the development, the shift is immediate: from the sleek urban rhythm to a lush, immersive experience defined by shade, texture, and calm. This contrast is intentional. The Oasis acts as

both a buffer and a retreat, offering residents a deep sense of privacy, comfort, and reconnection with nature, all while remaining within one of the world’s most dynamic coastal destinations.

Inspired by the timeless beauty of desert oases, the landscape is curated with a layered approach—lush canopies of palms and native shade trees, cooling water features, and fragrant planting palettes that shift gently with the seasons. Pathways meander through courtyards, gardens, and shaded lounges, inviting slow movement and quiet discovery.

Every detail, from stone textures to the play of light and shadow, contributes to a resort-standard atmosphere that evokes exclusivity and tranquility. The outdoor spaces become extensions of the home— elevated, intimate, and refined.

Forest Arrival : Desert Escape

Captivating memorable experience from the public road, greeting by the signature architecture and landscape. Providing cascade water feature at the entry leading towards the forest waterfall at the lobby. Defining clearly the arrival road adn drop off zone. Creating hierarchy of space for vehicle and pedestrian circulation experience. Curated vista point and axis, legible navigation with signage and feature.

Linear water element flow through the opening between the building, connecting the forest through the ocean.
